A Vision Day is exactly what it sounds like: a full, focused session to craft a compelling vision for every part of your life — and to identify the first real steps toward it. Not a planning meeting. A day of honest looking, deep wanting, and deciding on purpose.
Book a Vision DayMaybe you’re building something and the vision’s gone blurry under the daily grind. Maybe you just landed the win you’ve chased for years and the horizon went strangely quiet. Maybe the new year, the new baby, the exit, or the restlessness is asking: what now?
You don’t need a year of coaching to answer that. You need a day of the real questions, held by someone who won’t let you settle for the reasonable answer when the true one is sitting right there.
Before: you’ll get a reflection form designed to start the visioning before we ever meet. Quality time with honest questions — you’ll submit it at least 48 hours ahead. (A care package arrives for the day itself.)
The day: four to five hours together — via Zoom, or in person here in Ann Arbor — crafted for you to drop past the shoulds and let the designed future come alive. We look at every part of your life — beautiful and ugly, owned and disowned — as it is now against what a 10 out of 10 would be. Then we build the vision: tangible goals, the experience of life you want, and the deeper what-for underneath it all.
After: one to two weeks later, we spend another hour integrating — next steps, likely pitfalls, the support you’ll need, and the tools to keep moving.
