    Month One

    The clearer you are on what coaching means to you and how you serve the world as a coach, the more powerfully you'll show up in service of your clients. We’ll explore all the different facets of what it means to be a coach.

  • Month 2: What do you want

    Month Two

    Becoming world-class at supporting your clients in their transformation that will impact their lives and your own. You'll deepen your ability to hold space for clients as they practice becoming their own navigators, and learn when to step in help them steer.

  • Month 3: Where are you now

    Month Three

    In order to take a step toward our desires, we have to get honest and accurate about our starting point. We'll uncover the hooks, or attachments, that prevent you from seeing the present moment, and you'll learn to navigate the breakdowns that inevitably arise in the process of transformation. By the end, you'll have a clear assessment of your current location in business and life.

  • Month 4: What's in between

    Month Four

    Once we're clear on what our clients want and where they are, we support them in building powerful strategies for moving forward. You'll gain an understanding of how your clients' contexts define the strategies available to them and how to use games to shift them powerfully into action. This program includes five months of work (and play too!) devoted to you crafting the coaching and life game of your dreams. We’ll meet twice per month. On the first call each month, you'll practice applying key principles to your life. On the second call, you'll explore how to use these with your clients to create magic and transformation in your coaching sessions.

  • Monthly Coaching: Two group calls each month designed around foundational elements of successful coaching.

  • Tools and Resources: Additional documents that take the lessons of my book This is Coaching and go deeper and apply them in your business and life.

  • Open Coaching: Drop-in calls every month for additional support and accountability.

Matt Thieleman
