Since 2019, I've dedicated a significant amount of time and energy to developing coaches who want to become world-class. In the Samurai Coaching Dojo, we helped dozens of coaches find their own unique path to mastery, beyond what any certification taught them. Last year, as Pilea CEO, I supervised and/or was coached by dozens more as we grew our network by threefold in less than 12 months. And as I've had the honor to witness and dissect these sessions in real-time (some as short as 2 minutes), I've developed a keen eye for coaches' unique styles, toolsets, and energetic presence as a way to unlock their greatness.
