Whether you're new to mindfulness and want to learn more or have already established a mindfulness practice and are looking for a supportive group setting, join us Wednesday evenings for Mindfulness After Work. People who meditate often experience many benefits including increased focus, balanced emotions and greater joy living in the present moment.
